Accountex Summit Manchester teases CPD accredited programme

On 17 September, Accountex is heading up north for the sixth edition of Accountex Summit Manchester.

The show is set to welcome thousands of attendees through the doors of Manchester Central.

Accountex Summit Manchester will feature a lineup of more than 120 software and service providers, including big names such as FreeAgent, Intuit Quickbooks, IRIS, Sage, Wolters Kluwer, and Xero.

Attendees will have the chance to meet the teams, experience tailored demonstrations and discover invaluable insights.

The CPD-accredited seminar programme boasts 60+ industry-leading speakers, covering a wide range of topics, including AI, tax, branding, cyber security, Companies House Reform, cryptocurrencies, employee engagement and AML. With sessions held across four theatres, attendees will gain access to thought leaders and experts shaping the future of the profession.

  • The generation game. Getting the best from each generation within changing finance teams

Becky Glover, Finance Director, Yutree Insurance Ltd

This session will delve into the nuanced differences between generations, such as Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and Baby Boomers, and their impact on the finance function. This talk will provide strategies for fostering cross-generational collaboration, while preparing for further shifts in the finance department as new generations enter the workforce.

  • Companies House accounts reform key changes
