That’s why we’ve upgraded our Karbon integration to allow you to select from all Karbon contacts, whether your contacts are associated with an organization in Karbon or listed as individuals, when sending files for signature or sharing documents to clients. This means less time searching and more time doing.

Sharing documents through our Connect Portal or sending them out for signing has never been easier. You can now choose any contact you have set up in Karbon, streamlining your process of document management and enhancing your productivity.

1. Automatic Folder Creation: We’re working on automatically creating new SuiteFiles folders when you create a new Workstream in Karbon, and vice versa. This feature aims to keep your documents as organized as your projects.

• Document Access and Storage: Many of you are looking for a more robust and secure document storage solution that integrates tightly with Karbon. We’re on it! Future updates will make adding and accessing documents in SuiteFiles from Karbon straightforward, without the need for cumbersome downloads and uploads.

• Automations and Integrations: We’re exploring automations like automatically adding email attachments to the relevant job folder in SuiteFiles, and integrating document signing notifications into Karbon’s triage and workflow systems.

• Legal Record Management: Extracting chat from Karbon tasks and storing them in SuiteFiles is another area we are developing, ensuring you maintain a legal record of communications easily.
