Gaining Mastercard principal membership has enabled us to bypass the unpredictability of the previous downstream provider and gives us the independence to issue our own cards, giving us more control to provide you a great experience.

Behind the scenes, we've poured our energy into enhancing our offerings and delivering the features you've eagerly anticipated. Here's a glimpse of what's in store:

1. Multi-Currency Spending

Our virtual cards facilitate smart multi-currency spending. If you make a purchase in a specific currency like USD, and you have USD in our virtual wallets, the card draws directly from your USD balance. In the absence of USD, we’ll convert from your AUD wallet at competitive rates, aiming to streamline your international transactions.You can already convert and hold currencies and make payments in 30+ currencies. Now you can spend it directly from your Paytron card!

2. Budgets:

This is a game-changer. Our newly introduced budgeting system allows for greater control over your business expenses, whether you’re looking to assign budgets for your marketing department, teams or an upcoming event.

3. Subscription Management:

We’re making subscription management more straightforward and secure. Our virtual corporate cards enable you to assign company cards to your subscriptions, mitigating the risks and complications associated with using employee cards for this purpose.

Q: Can i add my new Paytron card to my Apple, Samsung or Google wallet ?‍

A: You will be able to add your new card to you Apple wallet in mid August. Samsung and Google wallet will launch soon after.

Q: What kind of card is it?

A: Prepaid Debit Mastercard linked to your Paytron MultiCurrency Wallet

Q: Do I need to apply for a credit line?

A: No, you no longer need to obtain credit approval and using the Paytron Global card will not affect your credit score

Q: Can I "over-allocate" limits to individual card holders that are larger than my total spend limits? Will my total limit be respected?

A: Yes, you can via the new budget feature. You can set budgets per card holder. For example you can set 10 x $1,000 limits for your card holders and set a $3,000 total company limit. We will be providing more knowledge based articles about this feature soon.

Q: Do I need to load the card?

A: No. You only need to ensure you have funds available in your Paytron Wallet. You do not need to specifically load each card.

Q: When will the card be ready?  

A: We have begun the the process of transitioning users onto the new cards. Our goal is to have everyone on the new system within the next few weeks. We anticipate to have everybody onto the new system by the end of August.
