We’re changing the way we price and bundle our products into four tiers to simplify how you choose the products that best meet your needs.
Since we launched nine years ago, we’ve been rolling out new products to continually upgrade the Airwallex suite, all to empower our customers to operate across borders.
To do that, we’re building an end-to-end global payments and financial operations platform that comprehensively supports a broad range of businesses to get paid, hold treasuries, and send funds across global markets, along with the software to seamlessly integrate into existing operations.
To that end, we’ve evolved from offering FX and global payout solutions to a complete business account offering with the launch of virtual and physical cards, expense management, bill pay and reimbursement software and payment acceptance.
However, as we’ve expanded our product range - and there’s much more to come - we recognise a) that we could do more to simplify our product suite for customers by bundling into use cases, and b) that pricing each product separately causes an increasingly and unnecessarily complex pricing structure.
Our move to a four-tier model simplifies how customers identify and choose the products that serve their business needs, rather than having to decide on each product individually.
When our products are bundled together, users benefit from a better experience, including tightly integrated financial flows, greater visibility over financial operations, fewer manual integrations, and more automation processes. Furthermore, by bundling our offering together we can more easily identify improvements to each use-case.

Each tier includes a core offering, with more feature sets added with each bundle:
- The Explore tier is for small businesses looking to manage, hold and move funds globally.
- The Grow tier is for growing businesses that are also looking to track and control company and employee spend, and everything in Explore.
- The Accelerate tier is for large businesses that require custom workflows and support, and everything in Grow.
- The Custom tier, designed for high-volume businesses, custom API, and embedded finance use cases
